How to convert between PDF and Doc?
There are two ways to convert PDF to Word (doc) and vice versa. One is online, and there are a number of sites that can be used to do so. One is pdftoword.com. Just click on the link and follow the instructions. After a short while, it will be sent to you via email. The other way is to download a third party software and follow their instructions. On open office you have the option to save as PDF when you save a file as well.

How to Install Open Office?
Open Office is the open source, free, equivalent of Microsoft Office. The application is able to open Microsoft documents and save them as well, in order to open them with Microsoft Office.

How to zip and unzip files?
There are several ways to create and extract zip files. Files are compressed to save space and to add various files into one main file for downloading rather than all the files separate.
To unzip, right click the zip file and look for the option on the menu to unzip using the application downloaded and installed. You can also run the application and click on open zip file and click on something that says unzip.
To create a zip file, add the files to one folder and right click it. On the menu you should see the program installed and give you zip options. Click on the one desired and it will zip the folder for you. The other way is to run the program and add the files or folder (easier) and look for a zip button or option.
